Personal training is a great way to get motivated and stay motivated!
A personal training program includes:
- Client Interview to assess goals, current fitness level, and health history
- Client Assessment including body composition analysis
- Client Training Program
Training locations are at the preferred location of the client, the trainer comes to you!
Pre & Post personal training clients train hard!
Accomplishments include: International Triathlon, 1/2 marathon, 10K, and 5K
