GREAT NEWS!!! The 6th Annual Tri the Coast 2014 is open for registration. Tri the Coast Sprint Triathlon is the perfect event for people looking to challenge themselves and set new fitness goals for the new year. Spaces are limited so make sure and sign up early. This year, I am introducing SuperTri Kid's Triathlon!  It will be held May 18, 2014 at Half Moon Bay High School.  The event will benefit the Coastside Boys and Girls Club.  Registration will be limited to 50 kids.  Save the date, registration coming soon!!!!


If you are looking to start a new fitness program, focus on your individual fitness goals, and are not looking for a large group exercise environment, check out our personal training packages.  We come to you.  Personal training offers individualized training programs that meet the needs of each client.  Programs include lifestyle analysis taking into account client's work, family, stress and current/past exericse programs, body composition analysis, nutritional goals, and most importantly client goals.  Clients increase their fitness, manage stress, decrease lifestyle diease risk, increase energy, increase mood, and more. Past clients ran their first 1/2 marathlon, completed their first international distance triathlon, and more. Get inspired and challenge yourself!
