Fitness

Fitness classes include small group and individual sessions for women. Training and classes are organized based on the goals and activity level of the individual or group. Training includes functional exercise and cardiovascular work. Each session is set at the ideal location for the client/s. Results from training include weight loss, increased strength and endurance, prevention of injury, increased mood, and more. Specialty training is available for prenatal and postnatal women. Join us as we explore different coastside locations while increasing strength, endurance, and flexibility.  Meet your individual fitness goals in a small group training environment. Additional monthly activities can include kayaking, paddleboarding, biking, swimming, etc.

Day/Time: Saturdays, 8:30-10am

Location: Half Moon Bay/Coastside

 

 

 

 

Personal training will focus on strengthening core areas and increasing cardiovascular fitness. Each client will receive an individualized exercise program addressing their specific needs and goals.

Prenatal and Postnatal Fitness is an outdoor class offered for pre and postnatal moms and their children (under age 4). Moms can bring their children in a jogging stroller and incorporate them into the exercise activities. The classes will focus on strengthening and maintaining core areas stressed during and after pregnancy while maintaining or increasing cardiovascular fitness.

Day/Time: Wednesdays, 4-5pm
