Pre & Post Fitness includes semi-private and individual sessions for women. Training plans are based on the goals and current activity level of the individual/s. Training covers strength, cardiovascular fitness, and flexibility. Each session is set at the ideal location for the client/s. Results from training include weight loss, increased fitness, prevention of injury, increased mood, accomplishment of personal goals, and more. 

Class Description:
SUP (Stand Up Paddleboard) Fitness will be set up as a circuit and can be modified to all fitness levels. SUP fitness provides an amazing venue and diversity to any current exercise program.  The program will increase strength, power, and cardiovascular endurance.

Additional Class Information:
The class will meet at HMB Kayak in the Pillar Point Harbor. Equipment rentals (wetsuits, lifejackets, and paddleboards) will be provided by HMB Kayak and will be an optional part of the pricing package. Participate are also able to bring their own equipment/gear.

$20 per class (no rental)
$140 for 5 classes (includes wetsuit and paddle board)
$90 for 5 classes (no rental)

Minimum Number of Participants: 5*

*If the minimum number of participants have not signed up 24 hours prior to each class, class will be cancelled and participants will be refunded

Personal training is a great way to get motivated and stay motivated!

A personal training program includes:

  • Client Interview to assess goals, current fitness level, and health history
  • Client Assessment including body composition analysis
  • Client Training Program

Training locations are at the preferred location of the client, the trainer comes to you!

Pre & Post personal training clients train hard!

Accomplishments include: International Triathlon, 1/2 marathon, 10K, and 5K

Semi-Private Training offers you the benefits of personal training in a small group setting at a lower price. This training allows for each exercise to be modified to meet the individual needs of the client. Workouts involve group support while individuals all are pushed to meet their personal goals. Contact us for information on current classes or get a group of friends together and start your own class.


Prenatal and Postnatal Fitness are individual or small group training sessions offered for pre and postnatal moms and their children. Moms can bring their children in a jogging stroller and incorporate them into the exercise activities. The sessions will focus on strengthening and maintaining core areas stressed during and after pregnancy while maintaining or increasing cardiovascular fitness.
